Outside of my clinical work, I am a proud mum to two beautiful children and place great importance on living a balanced and fulfilling life. I have a deep passion for yoga, meditation, travelling and spending time with my dog. Yoga and meditation help me stay grounded, focused and connected, supporting both my mental clarity and physical wellbeing.

Travelling is another passion that inspires me — exploring new cultures, discovering new places and connecting with people from different backgrounds continually enriches my perspective and creativity.
